There are several forms in FIS ( ) that require Acrobat Pro. Most campus PDFs can be used with Acrobat Reader, Preview (on the Mac) or web browsers. To assist in identifying features required for your staff that work with PDFs, this table below shows your options. New licensing changes under Acrobat ETLA requires a department to identify all computers they are purchasing Acrobat Pro for. Web browsers also allow viewing and printing of PDF's. Adobe Reader is free to use for reading, filling out and printing PDF documents and forms. Adobe Acrobat Pro allows users to view, create, edit, print PDF documents and forms and has a licensing cost.
